Técnica Alexander

I believe everyone has talents, sometimes they are hidden and space has to be provided for them.
I believe that whatever activity one choses, it is always possible to do it in a way that it is less stressful. I believe we have the possibility through what is called in the Alexander technique conscious thinking, to enhance our talents.

Singing has always been my greatest passion, for 15 years I have been a professional singer, singing bossa nova, the brazilian jazz. I was in search of my own sound, but I couldn't get beyond having a beautiful voice. Until I had my first Alexander technique, and then I realized I had other options.

I took private lessons for about two years and then started the training course to became an Alexander teacher myself. Since I took my first lesson, everything has changed: my posture, my breathing, my movements, and in short, my body and my singing. The Alexander technique became a part of my life, as singing is part of my life.
